Job

Why it Matters

A lack of job skills and employment access often keeps people in cycles of poverty and discouragement. Churches that provide job training—interview prep, trade skill development, financial literacy—help people discover purpose and stability. As Paul wrote, “Anyone unwilling to work should not eat... but you, brothers and sisters, do not grow weary in doing good” (2 Thessalonians 3:10,13). Offering a hand-up, not just a handout, reflects God’s dignity-giving design for work and provision.
